The Downtown cafe sits on Center Street in the middle of Santa Cruz — close to the farmers market, a short walk from the Civic Auditorium, and in the kind of neighborhood where people tend to linger. The space is designed to hold all of it: a full espresso bar, seating that works for a quick stop or a long morning, and a back room available for private events and community use. We built this location to be a place people can actually be in — not just pass through. The bar runs a full menu across espresso, pour-over, and batch brew. The team here dials in every coffee on the menu with the same standards we hold in the roastery. We pull a lot of shots here every day and we care how each one lands. Come as you are.
