Two coffees from Colombia. Both a little out of the ordinary.
One caffeinated. One decaf. Both are completely uninterested in the rules, the expectations, or whatever coffee is supposed to taste like.
Colombia El Diviso
This one made us stop mid-sip. A beautiful Pink Bourbon from El Diviso that's floral, sweet, and honestly, a little hard to explain without sounding ridiculous. Think chamomile tea, honey, soft florals, and that warm, almost nostalgic sweetness you get from a cup of tea someone makes you when you're sick. Delicate, strange, comforting, and the coffee we knew had to open this collection.
Colombia Nogales Decaf
We need to have a conversation about decaf. Because this does not taste like the sad little consolation prize we've all agreed decaf is supposed to be. It's bright and juicy right away: lime, Jolly Rancher, a little ginger spice, followed by this mellow sweetness that just hangs around. Drink it at 8am. Drink it at 8pm. Drink it whenever you want proof that decaf can still surprise you.
Why Lucky?
Most people hear “the eleventh hour” and think they're late.
We never really saw it that way.
To us, the eleventh hour is the moment something almost didn't happen — and then somehow did.
It's finding your keys in the pocket you already checked three times. It's the bus driver seeing you sprinting down the sidewalk and waiting two more seconds. It's the idea that finally shows up at 11:11 the night before it's due. It's taking the risk when you're not entirely sure how it's going to turn out.
Hell, that's pretty much how 11th Hour started.
We call these coffees lucky, but not because they happened by accident.
They're the result of a thousand little things going right.
The right weather. The right harvest. The right hands. The right decision at the right moment.
And somehow, after all of that, they found their way here.
Maybe that's luck. Maybe it's timing. Maybe those are the same thing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much coffee is in each bag?
8 ounces. Not a ton. That's kind of the point. These coffees come in small quantities, and we'd rather give you a little of something worth the wait than a lot of something you'd forget.
Can I get my coffee ground?
Absolutely. Leave us a note at checkout and tell us how you're brewing it. We'll grind it for you before we send it on its way.
How often will Lucky Lots come out?
When we find one. Could be next month. Could be longer. There isn't a calendar for this collection and we don't want one. We'd rather leave the shelf empty than put a coffee on it just because it's time for another release. When something comes along that makes us excited enough to call everyone over and taste it, you'll see it here.
