We're teaming up with Petroglyph for a painting night at the Downtown shop. Pick a piece, pick your colors, take as long as you want with it. Nobody's teaching a technique, there's no example on the wall you're supposed to match, and no one is grading your brushwork. Petroglyph brings the ceramics, the paint, and the folks who actually know how a glaze behaves once it hits the kiln. We handle what's in your cup.
Everything you paint goes back to their studio to get glazed and fired. Two or three days later you pick up something food safe and shiny that you made.
Comes with a ceramic of your choosing, a drink from the bar, all the paint and supplies you need!

Categories change weekly. Teams of up to six. No entry fee, no registration. Just show up and claim a table before 6:30. Prizes for the top three.

The 2026 Santa Cruz Comedy Festival is lucky 13! With 13 venues over six days. 75 comedians will take over Santa Cruz from October 12th to 17th, culminating downtown on Saturday, October 17th. One of the greatest forms of resistance is laughter. 2026 October 12th-17th INK IT. Join our Laughter Brigade. If you feel compelled to offer energy, crypto or tachyons, reach out. Move beyond yourself.
Tickets are 15$ online, $20 at the door.
